BitCoin Utopia: Attention! Dont enable CPU with ATI/Nvidia/NCI apps

We have discovered a bug which affects all settings of opencl/cuda/NCI with CPU enable. The max WU in progress will be ignored and if no other project is running on CPU all cores where used at once running the apps above (all apps were handled as cpu app). This can make your computer unresponsible. If you can suspend the project abort these WUs.

The 3.12.3 version is working on my BFL 10, which did NOT work with the newer version.

My only Windows machine with GPU has been crunching CPU Wu's alongside it just fine all along with a single Core reserved with "Use at most 90% CPU" on it. No lockups and no lack of responsiveness.
