Climateprediction: Forty million years of Millennium/FAMOUS model runs!

The Millennium/Famous team would like to take this opportunity to thank all the volunteers who helped us achieve this milestone. The completion of 40 million years of climate model runs (i.e., 200,000 200-years-long work units) by an atmosphere-ocean coupled general circulation model is simply astonishing! The release of new work units is temporarily suspended but we are preparing more tasks to wrap up the current project.
