Speeds went up and knocked out my Vonage phone system. Spent 204 minutes of cell phone time wit Spectrum, Arris, and Vonage. Spectrum says it's Arris' fault, they say it is Vonages fault and of course Vonage says it has to be somebody elses fault. Finally convinced Vonage that the modem was not seeing the device and after going up the line of supervisors I got ont that knew what he was doing and got it working. Wasted a whole day to get it up and running again.

Tech support should be called something else that I won't put out here.
