    Like the 750 Ti, there are two tiers of 1050 Ti's, those with 6 pin power that pull up to 120 watts and those without external power connectors that pull no more than 75 watts. The 75 watt, base clock model of 1050 Ti does ~1980 GFLOPS while the 75 watt, base clock model of the 750 Ti does ~1300 GFLOPS. A new 1050 Ti runs about $140 and new 750 Ti runs about $110. Get the GTX 1050 Ti.

    But, if your heat threshold is higher than 75 watts, the GFLOP per watt ratio gets better as the GPU get bigger. Before you get a GTX 1050 Ti that pulls up to 120 watts, consider a GTX 1060 that only pulls 120 watts but crunches at 3400-3800 GLFOPS. I don't think you could OC a 1050 Ti that high.
