MOO Wrapper BOINC Server code updated

Just finished an update of the BOINC Server code to the latest available. This brought us about three months worth of fixes and new features from the upstream developers. Most notable fixes:

• web almost fully translated/-able and top GPU model statistics (http://moowrap.net/gpu_list.php).

See the reply in that thread. the new server code still offers projects 4 credit choices, and moo chose NOT to use creditnew. So apparently DA is not FORCING projects to use creditnew... yet...
