Goup messages limit

Looks like the character limit for group messages is only 1000, want to increase that to 10000? It's a separate setting to the forum posts.

Might want to check the bbcode tags allowed too, can't use different fonts, alignments, quotes etc etc

Fixed. I also found a setting that allows the groups to be configured so that only members of the group can see the group messages. I don't know if that setting can be changed once the group is created or only set during the creation of the group.

This should make it useful for creating on the fly strategy groups!

EDIT: It worked, Thanks Mr. Hankey. The SETI.USA Bash Bro.'s Group Forum is now viewable by group members only. Head there for "team only" strategy chat!
