Not familiar with the Astropulse application in SETI that much. From what I can see, if your computer meets the minimum requirements and you have attached to SETI@Home, you will automatically receive some of the Astropulse WU's. They crunch just like the regular SETI WU, just searching a larger bandwith for signals. If you think there might be something wrong, post a screen shot here and we can take a look.

I do seti@home and the astropulse application. It takes about 27 hours generally to finish a work unit. Once it is complete and they grant credit it's like any other application.
