The first problem is it isn't finding a config file, which I'm pretty sure is required to run more than 1 gpu. You need the cc_config.xml in the boinc directory. You have to fix that before you can really go any farther.
@ pwrguru i have 6 drivers and updates related to nvidia 306.97 ,audio, vision , vision controler ect. do you mean just the 2 306.97 drivers? im using msi afterburner is that ok? do you want me to uninstall it too and reinstall?

The configuration is read from a file cc_config.xml. If this file is absent, the default configuration is used. To create or edit the file, use a text editor such as Notepad, and save it as cc_config.xml in your BOINC data directory. BOINC does not use standard XML. Putting comments in the file will cause errors.
If you edit the configuration file while BOINC is running, the changes will take effect only if you select the Advanced / Read config file menu item.
Warning: Any changes in the <log_flags> section will be used immediately after re-read of the config file. Yet a lot of changes in the <options> section will need a complete exit and restart of the BOINC client. They will not take if you just re-read the config file.
This file has the following format:

<options>
[ ... ]
</options>
</cc_config>
For example, if you want to see messages about CPU scheduling, then edit the file so that it contains:

Logging flags
The flags within <log_flags> are used to selectively turn different types of messages on and off (<tag>0</tag> for off, <tag>1</tag> for on). The following messages are enabled by default:

The start and completion of file transfers.
<sched_ops>
Connections with scheduling servers.
The following messages are disabled by default (typically they generate lots of output, and are used for debugging):

yeah boinc isnt seeing the cc_config.xml file..
use that file from Fire$torm your gonna need to save it or copy it to your (C:\ProgramData\Boinc) folder.
then you have to rename it from cc_config.zip to cc_config.xml
why i had you uncheck hide extension so you could see the .zip part and rename it to .xml I think windows will complain about changing it but just say yes (LMAO)
then see if the second gpu shows up in your logs.

that is exactly what i did the highlighted file firestorm posted i sent to my desktop then dragged it into the Programdata/boinc folder then i restarted boinc and immediately boinc manager showed a new "notice" the notice is above. the way i read it it means something in that highlighted folder firestorm posted something was wrong with the way its written. ??????
