I'm working on the specs for a new box since the Intel i7 950 CPU is on sale at Microcenter for $199. Yep, $279 - $80 instant savings. Unfortunately that is in store only and limit 1 per customer. I'm definitely going to grab one of those today. I was thinking of putting in dual 5850's but now that the 6970's are out and priced at about the same, I may just have to go with one of those instead. Keep us posted on how it performs.

man, good timing, my 5770 is officially dead now... so im on a geforce 9500 PCI (not PCI-e) until the new one comes.
