Errr mmmm... Hey grathomp there might be another reason.....

Do you have your monitor connected to the Intel APU video port or the HD 6950? I ask because the pic you posted is what you see when the video card has not been detected by Windows.

To make sure, right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and select Manage.

In the Pop-up window that appears in the left column left-click Device Manager and then in the main section left-click Display Adapters

If the 6950 is not listed then it has not been detected by Windows.

Note: If you prefer to use the APU video port for your monitor you will need to connect a dummy plug to the 6950 so Windows can detect the card.

Edit: You may need to remove the 6950, reboot into safe mode desktop then shut down computer, reinstall 6950, boot into safe mode again and then reboot normally. All of this will clear Windows preboot cache which effectively resets Win7 forcing it to pole and rewrite certain hardware & OS info.

I'm running it at 4.4Ghz and really haven't tried pushing it yet. I think I could re install the heatsink for the CPU and get better temps before pushing it faster than that.

Sweet. I see you have the Arc Midi case and used an AIO water cooling mod on your Radeon. Nice work!
