For the T shirt (The current Tour de Primes) am running Sophie Germain (LLR) and PPS (LLR). Is this the right programs to crunch for credit?

You need to be running Proth Prime Search Extended LLR (PPSE), instead of the regular PPS. Sophie Germain is correct though
