    Got the thing installed, but my fans are just going full blast. Could that be caused by connecting 2 different size fans? I connected the slowest one to the master (red) slot. Perhaps the board is just messed up? When I only had one fan connected it was hit and miss with the fan starting up at boot. Well, no danger of it getting too hot in the case.

    What motherboard fan header did you connect it to? If it's not a CPU/System header, you'll need to manually adjust the fan settings in BIOS. Otherwise they'll run at the default speed which is usually wide open.

    It is a PWM header, but it's a Gigabyte board, which I've read has a "feature" that prevents speed control if the power and ground pins aren't connected. There are no bios settings for that header, other than sensing speed (which is why I know it's at full speed).
