Yes. A 280X is a rebranded HD 7970. Runs milkyway well

Definitely a reasonable price for a good card. Would be very strong on Milkyway or any GPU project. Sadly I have toooo many GPUs already and not enough slots!!

its a very decent card , i just have no use for it , i bought a pair of them brand new to run xfire for gaming, unfortunatly my mobo sucks and performance is worse with xfire then with a single card , i was going to buy a better mobo , but i just bought a new dirtbike , have my other dirtbike project , and tons of other stuff going on i just cant afford to buy stuff to upgrade my pc any further

luckily for me a single card does fantasic on bf4
