Huh? How else are you supposed to put it in an envelope with a stamp and hand it to your mailman to deliver it to someone???
where I live if I mail anything through the post office to a town 30 miles away it has to go about a 180 miles north into Nebraska and then the 180 miles back to a town 30 miles east of me. takes about 7 days, I can walk it over there faster.
