Just completed this review of the ASUS P5QL-VM DO, Socket 775 motherboard (http://bit.ly/iepeSi)

The uATX motherboard has a single PCI-e x16 slot and can overclock the Intel QX9650 processor quite well. The ASUS P5QL-VM DO also has four DDR2 memory slots and 64bit operating system support so you can have over 8Gb of memory on your next BOINC cruncher. The onboard video card allows your computer to run in the even of a NVIDIA GTX 480 overheat failure. ;)

Currently, I am using it at Androinc to see if the Intel Extreme processor is really faster than an AMD 1090T. :P

I'd be curious on that. I had one of those Intel Extreme Quads like you do - it O/Ced very well, and was blazing fast on AQUA. I did not have my AMD 1100T at the time, though, so no direct comparison.
With my O/C I was cranking about equal to an i7 920 CPU on that Intel Extreme...so I bet it'll be close! :D

Results So Far:
Intel QX9650 at Androinc (http://androinc.net/show_host_detail.php?hostid=5894)

AMD 1090T at Androinc (http://androinc.net/show_host_detail.php?hostid=5880)

The race is definitely close. :-B
