PrimeGrid: New sub-project: GCW-LLR

We have opened up a new subproject, GCW-LLR. It is a CPU-only project. Task sizes are initially very small, but I expect them to grow in size fairly rapidly. No rush. This project will probably last a couple years. LLRs seem to hang around quite awhile
