Damnit! I thought so, but couldn't find it. I tried many different strings, and never found it. Search and me just don't get along on this site.

Don't feel like the lone stranger on that one Z ... I have the same problem and can almost never find what I'm looking for.

What exactly do they want to change, or what are they not happy with about BOINC?

The bottom line is that DA's new model will take away a volunteers ability to "Choose".

"TBD will act as an allocator of computing power. This will be based in part on user preferences, but there will of necessity also be a higher-level allocation policy, decided on by an organization. The decision process should include merit and need; it may include politics and money as well.
