I sorted out the details and I believe now I am a in the SETI.USA team. I received an email the other day saying I had earned a badge for something or other. First time I ever noticed an email of that sort.

New badge earned
Congratulations rjohnson!
You earned Bronze badge from project Wildlife

That was the content of the email. I'm not even sure what project Wildlife is but I got a bronze badge. I'm assuming that will show up in the signature badge thing I set shortly after join this forum and joining the SETI.USA team. If anyone wants to expand on this and let me know what its all about or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ron

Ah yes. Citizen Science Grid was a new project I attached to recently so didn't recognize it right away. Mystery solved. Thanks.

Yes, I signed up for the team. I went to the main Seti@Home site. Found the 'join team' details, followed the links, and did the whole join team thing. I think I did it rigtht this time. Is there a way you can confirm that?

Thanks,
Ron

I've been messing around with customizing my signature. It's showing a team now but it's showing the team I'm in for Primegrid. I have confirmed I am in the Seti.USA team. I'll go futz around wit the signature site and see if it's soemthing in the customization. Not sure it even matters but I would at least like it to show that I am in this team.

You have to do that at every project, so you would need to do the same at the CSG site. As well as all these...

1 Primegrid
2 MilkyWay@Home
3 Seti@Home Done!
4 SkyNet POGS Project has finished
5 Einstein@Home
6 Cosmology@Home
7 Universe@Home
8 Citizen Science Grid

Fortunately, it's the same process at every site and most look the same...Einstein looks a little different.

!! Finally everything is setup. Signature is set up the way I want and it reflects I am in the SETI.USA team. I wanted to be able to have a chance to possibly find Primegrid primes and didn't realize I could do it as a SETI.USA team member. I thought I had to be in a Primegrid specific team. Anyways, maybe I had some confusion or misunderstanding. Anyways, check my signature and customized it so as of this post it should be right. I know I know, lots of messages about this subject from me. Sometimes takes me a little while to figure stuff out. ;)

Good job Ron! I can't be a bit confusing initially, but you've got it now. Note your Eagle icon, you now have access to all we have to offer. Welcome to the team and enjoy!
