MT WU's that get hung up and run for many hours

Is anyone else having the issue where a MW@H MT WU ties up all your cores, gets stuck at a certain progress percentage and continues to run and run?

I just stopped accepting WU's from the second app, as it appears the normal MW WU's are flowing fine.
