Hi there, and what's up with the referrer entry on registration?

Hey all. Finally in on the action, doing my civic duty.

I tried registering and entering in CBS/Jason as a referrer and couldn't get the form to submit. Said I had an invalid referrer value. Had to blank it out to continue. I tried Crazybob's Son, Crazybobs Son, CBS, and couldn't anything to take.

No biggie, but wanted to let you know. Cheers - John

I *think* referrers have to be defined ahead of time but I'm not entirely certain.
