For my new 3970X build, it has a NZXT AOI CPU cooler. I just converted it to a dual-boot machine with linux. Under Linux, it run MT PG tasks 2-3 times faster. I guess that Linux does a much better job than windows, keeping tasks assigned to the chipsets. Anyway, how to control the NZXT pump and fans? I have some dual CPU intel boxes that I want to test out with linux too, which have Corsair AOI CPU coolers. So same question for those.

I googled around a bit, and found this one article that lists some commands that you can download from GitHub. I have no idea how to do that yet, but I though I would ask here first to see if this has already been solved.

Related question: Any idea what speeds the fans and pumps run at by default under linux? Do they just max out? Or run at some other setting? I can't tell what's going on there.
