Mersenne: Changes in scoring

During today's break, a change has occurred in scoring. This reflects what I wrote on the project forum in a thread on that topic. I hope that this change will satisfy everyone:)

Well, his "target" for credit has led my 64 Bit linux hosts to go from getting ~68 CS/WU, to now getting ~128. So if that doesn't help the other platforms, I'd be happy in any case. ;)

PrimaBoinca is insanely good credits compared to almost anything else... I haven't run anything other than some Opteron Linux 64 systems on PrimaBoinca though

Those numbers are from before they doubled the credits at Mersenne today though.
