The insane is similar to my new build ... except it needs more PSU and more GPU. 1 kw and 5970/GTX 570 combo :)

I have to agree with JPM. They don't list the 590 as an option for GPUs and they seem to favor MSI MBs a lot. No mention of EVGA products, so I feel their list lacks a bit.

I think it may be more geared for people that have never built a system before and is simply provided as a guideline for those with a bit less experience in box building.

I know I've spent way more than that on more than one of my systems, so I must be insane!

Pinnacle. I like that. Now if only the Maxwell Spanker wasn't experiencing some downtime. Just moved, and this is my first night with internet. I'm using my cheap build right now (Q9550, 8GB RAM, 9500GT + HD 5870). I disassembled the MS because i didn't want the 590's snapping off in the slots due to their weight (them waterblocks aint light!) But now that i have a moment to stare at it, there are somethings i want to do to make it more streamlined. I've withheld a picture or 2 for a reason. No one commented on it, but surely no one actually thought i was cooling an i7 2600k and 2 590's using a single 3x120 radiator? :D
