I have read about it before. On the old forum I posted info on Puget Systems (http://www.pugetsystems.com/index.php) testing a Submerged Cooling System. (http://www.pugetsystems.com/submerged.php) They used to sell a complete kit but not sure if its still available. They created two test versions and v2 is apparently still running.
