Mad GPU power there.

As to cooling that puppy, I would guess it is meant only for use in a Corporate type server room. A.K.A an Ice Box. When I was a phone tech, we had a client with a decent sized server room. The rooms temp hovered between 55~65F. Always had to bring a fall jacket to that client site so I could work on their V-Mail box and PBX. Otherwise my teeth would start chattering inside of ten minutes. :))
