View Full Version : Milky Way credits - Great the past two days

I've been looking at the credits I have received in MW the past two days -- yesterday was somewhere over 300K and today was somewhere over 500K.
The issue is that I should not be receiving any more than about 220K a day. Lots of people have gleefully noted their extra credits on the MW message boards.
Do we pretend to enjoy it or expect to have the extra credits taken back some time in the near'ish future??

As far as I understand things in the MW universe, the only time they retract credits is when the project admins discover someone is cheating with a hacked app or some other nefarious skulduggery. The recent increase in your output could be due to a backlog of pending results. If you wish to make sure everything is on the up n' up go to the MW forum and send a PM to the project admin and ask him to investigate.
My 2%.

I noticed the jump also. Looked sweet, but my guess is that we're not the only team getting it. Since we have a larger presence at MW, maybe we'll get more of the credit than others.:D

Na, not gonna go there with the admin. I know well what my machine is capable of and am certain that I was close to current when this started happening. Anyway, everyone else who has been concentrating on MW has also been getting great credits.
How about all of us jumping over there until it gets straightened out??

Ride it hard and put it away wet!
Doggonit! Why do I always miss the good stuff. :D
Is the big payout still there, or should I just keep her on DNETC now that I've finally got it all together in the HAF case?

Looks like things have calmed back down and us MW crunchers are back to looking at the tail lights of the DNETC people.:((
Looks like its happening again. MW is paying double credits. Well almost double. Get em while you can!
