I figured it'd be fun to post a cell phone thread and see what cell phone everyone is currently using, things you like, dislike, etc.

I just picked up a Samsung Galaxy S2 this past Sunday and I have to say it is WAY better than the Blackberry Tour that I had previously. It takes decent pictures for an 8mp camera phone. Also the video quality is pretty sweet when watching stuff through the netflix app.

I have a Droid Incredible and I love it...my wife has the Droid X and she loved it until the last update. The update changed everything down to her home background...what's up with that.

iPhone 4s 64Gb :)

HOLY! My wife just picked up the 16Gb version and the price for it was ridiculous. Hope you got a great deal or got it from work...

Show off....My first computer had a "Huge" 40mb HD...that's right MEGABYTE...guess that dates me, huh. Ok, I look good in gray....or "semi white" as I call it...Al

Bok, guess you could almost run your server off your phone if you chose too.

yeah, no kidding. Got 1500 songs and a few movies on there now and still have 40Gb free :) I wanted the HD video camera, wife got my iPhone 4 in the deal.

Well, my first computer had a whopping 3.5K Ram and no HD or even tape drive at the time. Commodore Vic 20 in 1979 at age 9. I used to type in games from magazines and play them till I had to switch the computer off!

Wow, you guys are totally plugged in......

Up until last month I used my trusty (sans battery life) Moto Razr wrapped in its black Body Glove cover (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/B000AZ1LIK/ref=dp_image_0/181-6161142-1981538?ie=UTF8&n=2335752011&s=wireless). I still think style wise it is one of the best phones ever. It reminds me of a ST:TOS communicator :) (Yes, I'm a diehard Trek nerd). Now I have an LG Cosmo Touch I got as a free account upgrade. Its just a basic fone with a touch screen. But with the 16GB microSD I got on sale at Newegg, it has plenty of Mp3 storage. I just wish it played Flac files. Oh well. Since the only two things I need a cell phone to do is make/receive calls and play music, it it not worth getting a smartphone and having to pay the rates Verizon wants for data packages. And with them you cannot have a smartphone on a standard package plan.

iPhone 4 16Gb. Had the 3G, skipped the 3Gs. Might skip the 4s and wait for the 5. 16Gb is plenty for me. Heck, just looked and I have 9 Gb still free:p

Still using my old Iphone 3G. Starting to notice how slow it is and I fill up the 16GB easily. Not sure what to get next though.

@ Al- wow, that was quite the update if it even wiped her wallpaper out! Yikes...

@ BOK - dude the 64GB version? ;) Sweet! They are proud of those puppies, though. I don't think I would spring for one of those...over the regular 16GB version, I mean. But man, that is one heck of a deck of tech you've got there! :)

I'm sporting my Motorola Atrix these days. On my second one, after my first one slid onto the concrete from 2 stories up and shattered. It's a pretty sweet phone, and the dual core 1GHz CPU with 1GB RAM is still pretty top end for a phone, I think. I really loved the Gingerbread update for this phone - totally improved it. Almost all my posts or PMs on here after business hours are from the Atrix.
Oh yeah, Kim has iPhone 3GS and likes it, for whatever that's worth. And my bro who was Blackberry all the way until last month just got two iPhone 4s for him and his wife. Says he's hooked now...oh well...to the cult of Apple he goes... :P

I like my iPhone 4s 16 gb it's fairly peppy, and the small screen real estate isn't noticeable until gaming ( coming from an Evo). I remember typing all that code into my vic20 then when it didn't look right , having to go back over it again

A smart phone but mine is very Dumb. They talk about 3G but wife didn't let me have one she said one G(point) at home is enough. The last one I had was so big that was destroyed by implosion. I have a picture as usual.

There is a campaign in Portugal about throwing telephones out, that can be very dangerous.

iPhone 4 32gb. No plan to move to 4S at this time. Probably will wait for the 5...but I am not a very patient person when it comes to tech.

For *sure* my next iPhone will be moving from ATT to Verizon, now that the Verizon (CDMA) version is also a "world phone".
