Michigan's electric company DTE Energy is having fits. We have lost power 5 times since 11am. They even knocked Comcast off the grid for about an hour. So I've shut down my other boxes as they are not as well protected against spikes and surges as my desktop. Not a happy camper......

Looks like DTE got their act together. We've had continuous power for the last 3 hours.... DTE is such a ghetto company.

Yeah they just posted that they've solved the power issue some dude called Fire something or other was sucking all the juice out the grid ;)

Just kidding ;). Power rarely blips / goes out over here in the UK when it does I've seen it blip and drop my PC :( as I don't / can't afford a UPS on it.
