POEM: CPU tasks

It seems that with all the GPU bugfixing the scheduler stopped sending out CPU workunits. Its easy to see why: Currently the scheduler queue is full of CL tasks. We would need to randomize the scheduler queue to carry both tasks. We contacted the BOINC devs if this is possible.
