I never really left... I just haven't posted a lot of my milestones here lately. Plus, I don't have many cores running now, so my CPU MMs are much slower coming. But that damn Zombie and that damn Ste\/e seem to be too impressive...
Stats are messed up right now, I know I have 100k at NRG too but it's not even listed in my Free_DC Stats, in fact I'm PoorBoy again, a User Name I haven't used in over a Year, I thought the NRG Project gave me 100 100k Projects too but can't think of the other missing Project ... b-(
Albert@Home was missing as the row for it on my project table was still corrupt from the DB server being down. Restored from backup now. I'll re-run the MM stats manually now. Still some other cleanup in the DB to be done (milestones) :(

So... what type of celebration should there be? I'm thinking using all my points to puchase a new trolling motor. Oh, wait. That's Cabela's points, not BOINC credits. Hmmm.... Maybe double or triple the credit that day/week in Collatz? :)

@Denim - AWESOME! I still remember that milestone, it was not that long ago for me, either. I did most of my first 50Mil with an HD4870 and the CPUs, of course. :)
@Slicker - ROCK ON MAN! :D I am so up for a 2x or 3x Collatz week! Major fun that would be - and easier on the hardware too, as Moo! Wrapper runs the HD 5870 so much hotter.:p

Yes, but it is per task. So, for instance if you have an i7 2600k with hyperthreading turned on, you can run 8 tasks at once. So, every 24 hours of crunching I get 8x that or 8 days. 2 years comes out to about 3 months straight crunching on my machine for the specific sub project (HCMD) Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy.
That is how they calculate badges, based on cpu run time.

Getting badges is strangely compelling and WCG is a well run and beneficial project to be apart of. Also, there is a challenge going on, so anything you crunch now will also help the team standings. I love it when challenges coincide with my own personal Boinc goals. It's a win win.
