Seems very few (reputable) sites offer pre-orders anymore, but your best bet would be to goto www.newegg.com on the 22nd and refresh the page continuously :)
Also, if you don't have an account there, set it up now. It is very possible the card you want may be sold out by the time you finish filling out the order form.
SRP is expected to be $549
