As some of you might be aware my main desktop was performing a slo-mo death scene from <pick any really suckie B-Movie you've watched>.
But blessings do exist as I was on the receiving end of one. A close friend had planned on giving me a present for Christmas but circumstances had delayed his sending it. When I made mention of my plight he offered to help with that instead of the planned gift. It arrived on my doorstep on 01.24.2012.

The tech that was my geeky salvation???

For the record the board is a refurbished unit but I could not tell. It even had the smell of Fresh Tech.

As it stands now, the only OEM hardware remaining in the 730x are the case, CPU, PSU and ESA controller board (Small circuit board between the front fans & MB).

So there you have it. A blessing just in the nick of time.

Oh and by the way. That friend I mentioned? He goes by the nic of DrPop. Thanks a Million Bro. You totally rock!!! \m/

Thanks guys. And sorry but no open slots. The EVGA only has 3 slots. The 5830 is double wide and not included in the pics, my 8800GT.

........But like the Cylons, I have a plan.

I have to say - what a HOT looking rig! \m/ You know, on that subject - Kim says "If you have to refer to computer tech with the same lingo you use to describe your woman? You're definitely a nerd!" hahahaha :(( :)) :-B
