BOINC: report_results_immediately broken/changed in 7.0.17+

Heads up. They changed/broke the way report_results_immediately works in 7.0.17 and higher. I don't know exactly how or why. In any case, you may find that BOINC won't fill the queue as it should with report_results_immediately turned on.

FYI, all versions of BOINC are located here:

http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/

This includes old versions that are no longer available on the normal download page, as well as new versions that are still being tested by the developers.

Fortunately, it seems Gentoo is in no hurry to upgrade from 6.12.xx
