SubsetSum@Home: Updated applications to 0.04

I've updated the applications to 0.04 (which I think should fix the problem of 32 bit applications not checkpointing correctly). I've linked the 64 bit unix binary statically, which I hope should fix some users problems.Once the current batch of workunits are in, I'll be sending out another batch which should have their estimated flops fixed so they'll hopefully will generate more credit.
