Collatz: Collatz v3.14 for Win32 and CUDA 4.2 Released

A new Windows 32-bit version for CUDA 4.2 has been released. Version 3.14 is available as a stock application and, for those who wish to tweak the settings, it is also available from the optimized applications page.
