This is just to give you a heads up. A very small asteroid (diameter less than 5 meters) is expected to enter into Earth's atmosphere in the area of northern Sudan around 2008 Oct 07 0246 UTC. Given its size, the object is not expected to reach the ground, and as such does not pose any threat.

Well Mike the damn asteroid explode ( several times ) in the air on the desert and was day for sometime. People in Sudan thought they were being attacked. They made a program on this on Discovery channel. The few images are amazing and it was a very small one. A lot of very small rocks hit the ground but there was no crater only small rocks on a wide area. I will look if there is any video about it.
