I know must of the team is from the USA but I think that many among you are descendent of Irish , Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Japanese or many other countries around the world.
Maybe there are some sentences that lived along time in collective memory or some Indian sayings that are from a different culture but may have survive to time.
Anyhow there are always some of our own preferences. I would like to know some of them in English, in German, in Italian or in any other language you may know or you heard. I will say them in Portuguese and try to translate for you. Today Portuguese saying, will be:
Não deixes para amanhã o que podes fazer hoje.
Do not leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
Sie nicht auf morgen, was du heute kannst besorgen lassen.
אל תשאיר למחר מה שאתה יכול לעשות היום.
No dejes para mañana lo que puedas hacer hoy.
不要让明天,今天你可以做什么。
Ne laissez pas à demain ce que vous pouvez faire aujourd'hui.
Non rimandate a domani quello che puoi fare oggi.
あなたが今日できることを明日のために放置しないでください。
I hope the translations are correct but if they are not please correct me.
