The top left of the page has a broken image. When I hover my mouse over it, the url is www.setiusa.us/forum.php.

You mean this one
http://www.setiusa.us/images/styles/blackstealth/images/setiusalogo.png
It is still there. If you cannot also see the image I posted above then somehow that image is being blocked by your browser or firewall. Check your settings or try a different browser.

Then there is something else wrong as I got the link from the image (FireFox right-click and "Copy image Location") that you cannot see........

Try running your browser in safe-mode.
For FF How-to: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Safe+Mode
For IE How-To: http://www.mitchellenright.com/2010/12/28/internet-explorer-safe-mode/

It appears to be an issue with the forum skins. I tried changing from the setiusa skin to the default and I was able to see the image. I switched back and the problem came back. I tried another skin and now the entire interface is in some 'mobile' mode and I can no longer get back to my settings screen. Can an admin change my skin to the default?

Yes, It is done. Just for reference, I use the BlackStealth theme.

That is BOK's territory so I'll have to PM him.

Should be fixed now, at least using the only image I had available. Let me know if there is a different image that should be used..

That fixed the seti.usa skin. The image is visible.
Just in case you wanted to know, it looks like the Darkvision skin seems incomplete as it says 'talktemplate' on the header. The 'lightweight' skin doesn't allow you to get to the settings page. The 'default mobile style' doesn't seem to work.
