This is not good. I'm getting this when booting my database server. Mobo dying ? Spent all evening working on it, but this might be the end of the stats. Can't get it to boot at all now. It's a Gigabyte mobo with a core i7 2600k.

Webserver is fine, so forums will be ok, but stats are going to be down until I can figure this out. And I'm heading out of town for a couple of days, I'll think about the options whilst away. Got to be up in about 4 hours and then drive for 9 hours to Pittsburgh :(

Ouch. Sounds expensive, even to root-cause.

Let us know if we can help in any way.

That seems bad. I hope you can solve that problem.

I am guessing that that is why the new members script isn't working either. Hope you can get it fixed without to much monitary input. :((:((:((:((:((

Try resetting your CMOS.

+1 on all the above.

There is a small chance its the PSU. If you have another laying around it can't hurt to test.

Got back home at 2am. I've reset the CMOS this morning and the drives all mounted, but after running some mysql checks, after about 15mins started getting the same drive failures. I'm still going to run more checks to determine if it is indeed the SSD. I have the spare now, so can get that in if needed.

But perhaps it is the mobo. The PSU checks out ok.

If it comes to it, what would you all recommend for a mobo? It needs to support the core-i7 2600k, 32Gb Memory and 4 SATA 3 channels. I don't plan on overclocking at all. Perhaps a server class board might be better.

I am having a "Dejá vu",

with a slight paranoia.

Good luck trying all those operations Bok.
