Has anyone else had any dealings with requesting an RMA from these guys? I requested one back on December 11 for a power supply that went belly up. Got a reply from them saying that a customer service rep would contact me ASAP via E-mail or phone. I waited until the 25th and sent a reminder that I still haven't heard anything. I sent another E-mail on January 11th with a little more disdain in my comments that I still hadn't heard anything and was wondering if they even had a customer service department. Getting real fed up here. ANy clues as to how to get them to reply?
