Ibercivis: Do they have a project forum?

So I have this one completed task, that refuses to upload. Other ibercivis completed tasks upload just fine. I would like to ask their admin about it, but I can't find their forum, probably due to the language difference. Does anyone know if they have a forum, and if so, where is it?
