I cannot find any user based on the info you have provided. I took a look at the instructions in the "Request access to Members Only Forum" and they may have caused some confusion. So below is an example of what we need. I have also added this to the original instructions to help users in the future.

Well, I found him at SETI, but he apparently doesn't have a CPID, yet. It might be a day before we can get it.
