POEM: Server Failure & Downtime Announcement

You may have noticed the server failure today. This happened because of a network blackout at KIT. The server is currently accessible with limited bandwith, and has to be physically relocated. So there will be another downtime tomorrow; exact time will be announced via Twitter. Thanks for your understanding. Der Serverausfall heute Vormittag ist auf einen Netzwerkausfall am KIT zurückzuführen. Der Server ist derzeit mit eingeschränkter Bandbreite zu erreichen, und muss an einen anderen Ort gebracht werden. Aufgrund dessen wird er morgen nochmals vom Netz genommen; eine genaue Uhrzeit wird per Twitter bekanntgegeben. Danke für euer Verständnis.

The server is running, but we have to wait for a new DNS entry, which may take up to a few days :( I hope it's done until the weekend.

Hope everyone has backup projects attached, with a zero resource share, for stuff like this.

I've never trusted BOINC's scheduler for either resource balancing or backup projects, so no. But, having hit my 5th 100M in POEM, I'm working on other projects anyway - one per GPU and one per CPU.
