cplan dead?

Even though the credits supposedly are going to be reset, I decided I was going to get 10k in cplan. Of course, when I started I downloaded enough work that I thought would be enough to get me there. I set it to no new work and just planned on returning it all at once. Ironically, I can't upload any of it and it's been like that for around a week. Is this project going to be permanently dead? It's kind of annoying having these tasks just sitting there taking up space on my task list.

I would give it some time. This is the holidays, if project went down it might be a few weeks before anyone is around to fix it. I am having the same problem with ufluids.

This may actually be a good sign, in that maybe they are doing stuff to get a real project going, and not just a smattering of upperCASE WUs...
