Wildlife@Home: wildlife_surf 0.03 for linux

Hi Everyone, I've updated the surf binary to 0.03 for linux. No changes to the code but I compiled statically (with libstdc++) and removed a library that wasn't needed, so I'm hoping this fixes the errors some people are seeing about missing GLIBCXX. Let me know how it's working. I'm also working on the validator right now, so workunits crunched successfully from the older version of the surf application should be awarded credit. --Travis
