Collatz: v4.07 Released for Windows

Windows Version 4.07 has been released for Collatz, Mini_Collatz, and Solo_Collatz. This version fixes a bug in checkpointing as well as allows Catalyst 13.4 drivers to use OpenCL optimization which can increase the speed by up to 6 times versus v4.06. (Note: It still isn't as fast as the ATI 2.09 app on older GPUs though.) As usual, please report any issues.

The 2.09 app never ran on a 7970, even with older drivers, right?

4.07 is 6 times faster than 4.06 which used "-cl-opt-disable" when compiling the kernel at runtime. However, it seems to still be failing for HD 7850 GPUs which means they have to add the "build_options=-Werror -cl-opt-disable" line to the config to get it to run which means they don't get the speed increase. That having been said, it probably isn't any faster than the 4.02, 4.03, or 4.04 apps. But, the credit was doubled to make up for the 4.xx OpenCL apps being so much slower than the 2.09 Brook+ apps.
