To fix all the weird issues that have been popping up with observations not being validated, problems with unsure observations and the rest, I'm going to be updating the validation scheme.Instead of having observations validated when they are submitted (which has been running into way too many errors if people submit at the same time, or submit after observations have been validated), I'm going to make a server side daemon to handle the validation.I'll also get this server side daemon to re-go over all the observations to fix the unvalidated ones. Should i re-adjust credit if validation changes, or just leave it the way it is?
