Portuguese Seafood Rice
In a pan, put onion, pepper, olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. Let sauté 4 minutes and pass the blender. Add cream diluted seafood, beer, water, fish broth, salt, chili - chili and laurel. Leave a boil and add the clams. Boil for 5 minutes and add the rice. Continue cooking for 12 minutes and decorate the pot with parsley. Bring to the table.
