Wildlife@Home: validator running and status update

Hi Everyone,The validator for observations is now up and running, and you can check it's status from the server status page.I've also recalculated the progress of the different locations as the validation has changed slightly and the numbers were a bit off before anyways. The progress bars should be correct now.\Also, Susan and her students have started uploading video from 2013, so we should have some more video areas for everyone as soon as she gives me the okay to start converting it for everyone to watch.--Travis
