2010 was a great year for me. I was appointed as the Top Reviewer in Computer Hardware for Epinions.com and was also asked to be a Staff Reviewer for BayReviews.com. I enjoy doing the work and wanted to begin sharing some of it with my long time friends here at SETI.USA. I get my hands on the latest high tech equipment from manufacturers like Coolermaster, Thermaltake and many others now.

As such, here is a review I wrote that I am very proud of... the Cooler Master V6 GT!
I compared the cooler to the stock AMD cooler and made a chart of the results.

I checked out your reiview and see why it is that is what you do! aka great review. Do you use BONIC to max these things out :)? Also I had a hard time navigating the site. I don't see any brake down of sections for reviews?

Thanks. BOINC does not offer a consistent, benchmarkable computation method since each project utilizes different zones of the CPU and the workunits take varying amounts of time to complete. IE: SETI is memory intensive but CPDN needs hard drive speed/CPU resources.

I still have a Intel i7 with NVIDIA card crunching on SETI for the team. My AMD cluster at the house has been working on POV Ray lately.

The website is an ongoing project for us. We have to shuffle the need to write reviews with finding the time to offer better content presentation.

Great job. Post all you got on the newest tech and toys. Can we get ya to switch the cpu cores to AQUA? :p If you could post a review a week from your older reviews that are still viable components. I'd read them. I'll look up all your newer reviews at the site. Thanks again.

Man what a great job to have!!! Very cool indeed. Good review too :P And congrats on the promotion. Also I noticed that you wrote the review as a "How To" as well. Most other review sites don't so kudos.

BTW: Not sure if you are aware of this but Prime95 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prime95) is a great way to stress test any CPU. Many people also use it to help break in or set the Thermal Interface Material (TIM) applied when installing/reinstalling a CPU heatsink. The latest version can be downloaded from here (http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/) or here. (http://www.mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?t=2)

I use Prime95 heavily while trying to find the breaking point of a processor, but I wanted to thank you for offering the advice. SETI.USA has grown to its current size because of helpful members like you. =D>
